The Circle of Hope Children’s Foundation provides care for children in south eastern Europe who suffer from poverty, displacement and social neglect as a result of the war in the former Yugoslavia. We are a humanitarian organization committed to providing urgently needed material relief and shelter to children who have lost their parents, or whose parents are unable to care for them in the aftermath of the war.
